What does each OptaTips service include?
Free Tips are publicly available. Premium and Series use separate memberships. Super Tips are purchased individually, while accumulator cards combine multiple selections. Check the relevant page and plan terms before purchasing.
Does Premium membership include Series Soccer Tips?
No. Premium and Series are separate services with separate access. Your account shows the membership or purchase attached to each order.
Who can help if I cannot sign in?
Use the contact form or live chat and provide the email address associated with your account. Never send your password, authentication codes or wallet recovery phrase.
How can I check a payment or order?
Sign in to review your orders and wallet. If access is still unavailable, send your order reference and, for a transfer, the transaction hash. A transfer may require on-chain verification or administrator confirmation.
How do I report an incorrect match detail or result?
Send the service name, teams, match date and a link to the affected page. For Series, include the period number and X1–X5 stage so our team can locate the record.
