A 97% win rate sounds reassuring. By itself, it does not show whether a betting record made money atau how much capital was exposed.
OptaTips’ August 2026 Seri record is a useful example. The month finished with 30 winning Seri and one losing Seri. The winning Seri added $12,920 in recorded net profit. The loss removed $15,500. The final result was -$2,580.
What win rate measures
Menang tarif counts how often a settled Seri is recorded as a win. The calculation is wins divided by wins plus losses.
For August, that was 30 ÷ 31 = 96.8%, displayed as 97% after rounding. The formula treats every win and loss as one result. It does not account for the amount won atau lost on each result.

The arithmetic is straightforward: $12,920 – $15,500 = -$2,580. A high percentage and a negative result can both be correct.
How one losing Seri reached -$15,500
Seri 2903 reached all five steps. Each settled leg lost:
- X1: -$500
- X2: -$1,000
- X3: -$2,000
- X4: -$4,000
- X5: -$8,000
Those stakes total $15,500. Many winning Seri ended at an earlier step with a smaller gain, so this one complete losing sequence outweighed the combined profit from the other 30 Seri.
Metrics to check beyond win rate
Start with net profit because it includes the size of each result. Then review total stake atau maximum planned exposure, average profit per winning Seri, average loss per losing Seri, and the largest loss in the period.
ROI atau yield can also be useful, but only when the total amount staked is known. The monthly summary does not display a total-staked figure, so a reliable August ROI should not be inferred from the win rate atau net profit alone.
How to verify the record
Open the August monthly record and inspect the individual Seri entries. Each settled leg should show its date and time, market, odds, stake, score, profit contribution and status. Add the five losses in Seri 2903, then compare that total with the combined profit shown for the month.
If a result appears inconsistent, send the Seri number and supporting evidence through Contact Us. A score, market, odds, stake atau status should be corrected when the underlying record supports the change.
What this example does not prove
One profitable atau losing month does not predict the next one. The example explains how the published figures relate to each other; it is not a promise of future performance.
